In this service we analyze the commercial goals of your company in Spain, identify the target companies to be contacted, and find the best way to set up the first meetings. This includes the preparation of a list with a selected number of potential business partners that best fit the commercial objectives of your company, as well as establishing direct contact (via email and/or telephone). The list includes as much information as possible about each company, both in terms of identification (name, address, billing, number of employees, contact person, etc.), as well as relevant data related to the activity of the company. Additionally, this alternative includes any type of complementary information that may be useful for your commercial strategy in Spain.

Identification of commercial partners

This alternative includes additional information for your company compared to the service "Identification of Commercial Partners". In addition to finding and selecting the business partners that best suit your needs, we will make a report of the product, service or sector of your interest in Spain. Trade Agenda, Business & Technical Assistance
This service consists of the following actions:
- Organization of specific meetings with potential partners: after we identify the companies that best suit your needs (following the procedure described in Identification of Commercial Partners) we contact them and secure meetings for you
- Assistance with the arranged meetings in form of preparing presentations (Power Points, Publisher, Prezi) that your company may bring to the meetings, seeking to match the Spanish standards and cultural business interests. Attendance at the meetings and translation service can also be provided if necessary
- Marketing management, such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Google Trends can be set up for your company in Spain

Launch a company in Spain
Depending on the way you would like to operate, we can start your business following one of the next two options: a Spanish start-up or a subsidiary of your company in Spain. For both formats there are some mandatory aspects that need to be done before operating in Spain. For that purpose, Dos Aguas Consulting can perform the following essential elements for you:
- Obtaining the Tax Identification Number (N.I.F in Spanish.) and Foreigner Identity Number (N.I.E, in Spanish) for the company
- Recording the company in the Mercantile Registry (Companies Registry) of the region where the company will be settle
- Opening a bank account
- Drawing up the Memorandum and the Articles of Association (Statutes) of the company
- Drafting in Spanish the legal documents the company may need
- Identifying sites for the headquarters and offices in Spain
- Advertising and helping in the local staff selection process

Dos Aguas Consulting performs the necessary procedures to obtain a residence permit in Spain. This visa can be obtained through the following investments or acquisitions in Spain:
Buying one or more properties for a value greater than € 500,000 (most common)
Carrying out any of the following actions:
– Buying shares or bank deposits worth € 1,000,000 or more
– Acquiring public debt worth € 2,000,000 or more
– Depositing at least € 1,000,000 in Spanish bank accounts
Making a financial investment that includes some of the following conditions:

Requirements
1. Having a clean criminal record
2. Not having been denied a visa or entry to the Schengen Area
3. Holding a bank certificate establishing that there is sufficient income
4. Having a medical insurance (in case you decide to reside in Spain)
It includes

2. Freedom of residence and movement in the 27 countries of the EU
3. Possibility of obtaining Spanish nationality. This requires that the applicant lives in Spain permanently. As a general rule, after 5 years the residence will be obtained and after 10 years the nationality
Highlights

2. Effective residence in Spain is not required. You only need to come to Spain once to obtain or renew your residence permit. It is not required to have the tax residence in Spain either
3. Initially the visa is renewed every 2 years
4. At the moment of acquiring the property, we can already begin with the application of the Golden Visa, which takes 30 to 45 days to issue
We help you in the process of obtaining your Golden Visa from the first step. There are two phases; one where we will work together and another where we will already have the capacity to operate on your behalf. In the first phase, we will jointly do the following:
- In case you choose to acquire one or more properties for a value greater than € 500,000, we will offer you several options according to your demands, we will accompany you in the visits to the houses, and we will make our real estate network available to you
- Receive a power of attorney from you so that we can operate in Spain for you, without you having to return to the country if you do not want to do so
- Open a bank account in Spain
During the visit to the property(ies) you wish to acquire or after, you must transfer the deposit to secure it. The acquisition process can take between 2 and 3 months to complete. However, after receiving the power of attorney, Dos Aguas Consulting will be able to execute the pertinent actions in each phase of the process, so you will not need to return to Spain if you do not wish to do so.
